Kilis

The Kilis is a unit of measurement used by Babi-di. He uses it to measure the strength of a being, sort of like a power level. Very little is known about Kilis, and there are only two characters who's power is measured in it. Babi-di uses a tool that resembles the appearance of a speedometer. One of his fighter's, Yakon, is measured and found to have a level of 800 Kilis. Yakon's opponent, Goku has a rating of 3,000. Gohan, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Dabura would have probably had high 2,000s at that time. Majin Vegeta, Fat Buu, and SSJ3 Goku would have levels probably into high 3,000 to midway 4,000.
